Auto Insurance Partnership Offers Discount to Alumni

Graduating studentBargain hunting consumers love ways to save on any product, including auto insurance.

Sometimes, a customer’s personal history, even something as seemingly irrelevant as where they went to school can offer a great way to save on their monthly premiums.

That exact opportunity was presented to alumni of Brookdale Community College in Red Bank, New Jersey, who will be able to save money thanks to a new partnership between their alma mater and a New Jersey auto insurance company.

The Brookdale Alumni Association partnered with High Point Auto Insurance to give their former students access to discounts on car insurance, one that could save them thousands on their policies.

The school is one of New Jersey’s largest institutions of higher education, with a student body of over 15,000 full and part-time students, according to CollegeBoard.com. It is consistently considered one of the top 50 community colleges in the country, said Jim Tignanelli, president of High Point Property and Casualty Insurance Company.

Brookdale’s alumni network boasts 35,000 members, including 20,000 living in New Jersey, Tignanelli said. Now those former students will enjoy affordable car insurance with discounted monthly premiums and decreased rates.ADNFCR-3298-ID-19845155-ADNFCR
