Auto Insurance Provider’s Executive VP Honored

Female professionalsEver year, the achievements of women in a range of industries are recognized by the National Urban League. Last month, Nationwide Insurance executive vice president and chief human resource officer Gale King was honored by the organization with their “Woman of Power” award.

“As a member of my executive cabinet, Gale demonstrates her passion for the company and a commitment to every associate,” stated Nationwide CEO Steve Rasmussen. “She helps others reach their professional and personal goals by mentoring others, and by developing policies and practices that provide opportunities for all.”

Some of King’s accomplishments at Nationwide Insurance includes creating and implementing the company’s human resources strategy for almost 34,000 employees throughout the country and leading associate development initiatives.
